The SureFire Managed Services Framework

At s2s, we offer three categories of support services and a category of service enhancements:

SureFire Maintenance

s2s offers a range of services that enable you to efficiently build a support and maintenance package that addresses your networking needs in alliance with key vendors like Cisco, Mitel and Enterasys. The aim of our maintanence service is to combine personal service and knowledge of our clients businesses with hardware replacement services backed by leading vendors and stringent service level agreements (SLAs)  as well as access to neccessary software updates.

SureFire Supported

The range of reactive support services from s2s offers you the ability to access technical assistance through the extensively qualified experts engineers in our NOC, via a dedicated support queue. We offer flexible options for support including pre-paid contracts with pay-as-yo-go options as well as access to engineers on an hourly basis.

SureFire Enhanced

Gain access to specific services such as our network monitoring technology, network compliance manager or our continuous vulnerability assessment technology.
